Connected

Authenticity is easy behind the shield of anonymity

“Raw” “Unedited” “Passion”, misguided by the false sense of protection

Everyone’s invincible without the devastating blow of accountability

It’s easy to express truth within the luxury of shadows

When nobody knows if it’s a metaphor or who it’s for

But seeing the pixels off screen, feeds the hysteria of doubt

When the name gets a face, and both must face the past

You took your armor off

And the battle has just begun
